Archaeology – Who do you think we are? – Join the Meon Valley Time Team
Renowned Saxon archaeologists, Dr Nick Stoodley, Mark Stedman, Mike Gaines, and David Ashby will be helping us explore our heritage through archaeological
surveys using geophysical, metal-detecting and field-walking techniques.
Surveys will be taking place in each of our villages; community volunteers are needed. Lots to learn, do and enjoy… and get exited about.

The Friends of Corhampton Church are hosting a visit from the South Downs Society (previously ‘The Sussex Downsmen’) at The Meon Hall. The Society is a long established Society protecting their beauty and heritage.
A good conversation, interesting talks, coffee and lunch. All are welcome. £5 for coffee and light lunch.
